A murder investigation has been launched after a man and a woman were found dead at a block of flats in Oxford.
A man in his mid-30s died after falling from an upper floor of Foresters Tower in Wood Farm Road, Headington, at about 9.15pm on Tuesday.
A woman in her early 40s was found with severe neck injuries on the fourth floor and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two people were known to each other.
Thames Valley Police have opened a murder investigation but are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.
Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Bosley said the pair were found in "suspicious circumstances".
