This is the moment a grieving uncle lashes out at the man who killed his baby nephew.
Kwin Boes was convicted of killing his own baby son and has now been jailed for 25 years.
As he was being led to the cells in shackles, the boys uncle ran towards him and punched him in the face.
They had to be separated by court bailiffs at the courtroom in Evansville, Indiana.
Boes, 23, was arrested in May last year after his 11-month son Parker died of blunt force trauma to the head.
He told officers that the baby had fallen off the couch, hit his head and died.
However, medics ruled his death was homicide.
Boes reached a plea deal with prosecutors and admitted a charge of domestic battery resulting in death.
As he was leaving the hearing at Gibson County Courthouse, Jeremiah Hartley lunged at him.
Court officials told local media he was the boys uncle but it is unclear on what side of the family they were related.
