A sunny Greek island is offering people £450 a month and a free plot land if they move there.
Despite clear blue waters and warm weather, the population of Antikythira has plunged from 300 to just 24 in recent years.
The falling number of inhabitants has left councillors scratching their heads on how to ensure the future of their community.
Along with the monthly sum, families who move to the island are being offered free food to make the deal even sweeter.
It is hoped that those who make the move will be employed as fisherman, farmers, builders and bakers to make some additional money and invigorate the islands economy.
Island president Andreas Charchalakis added: These are professions which can guarantee a decent income for those who will come to our island.
They preferably want families with three children or more to become Antikythiras new residents.
The idyllic island is nestled between Crete and Kythira, making it just a 45 minute flight from Athens.
