Gremio star Everton Soares denies that he has spoken to Pep Guardiola amid strong interest from both Manchester City and Manchester United.

Reports suggest United are eyeing a £30million move for Everton, 22, ahead of the January transfer window, with both Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez badly struggling in front of goal this season.

Its understood club scouts have traveled to Brazil to monitor Evertons progress and the young attacker has also caught the attention of Premier League leaders City.
