Arsenal stars Nacho Monreal and Sokratis Papastathopoulos have handed Unai Emery a boost by returning to training.
Monreal has missed Arsenals last five matches with a hamstring injury meaning both Granit Xhaka and Sead Kolasinac have filled in at left-back in the Spaniards absence.
Sokratis, meanwhile, has not featured for the Gunners since their 1-0 win away at Sporting Lisbon but the Greek centre-back could be available for the return fixture on Thursday evening.
Both were pictured in training at London Colney on Wednesday morning ahead of a busy schedule for Emerys side across the winter period.
The north London club host Wolves in the Premier League this weekend before away rips to Bournemouth and Vorskla Poltava.
Arsenal confirmed that both Monreal and Sokratis will be assessed before the clash with Sporting.
Konstantinos Mavropanos is expected to return to training later this month, while Mohamed Elneny will join up with his team-mates again next week.
Laurent Koscielny is closing in on his return to first-team action after missing six months with a ruptured Achilles tendon.
